Smoking is pleasant and relaxing.

I want to smoke when I am relaxed and comfortable.
 
Crutch:
I smoke when I am angry.
I smoke when I am upset.
I smoke to distract me when I feel low or worried.
 
Craving:
I need my cigarettes - I can't "run out".
